XAMPPにComposerをインストール
通勤電車の中で、XreaにつなげてXComposerインストールするのもちょっと・・・というところでしたので、ひとまずXamppにComposerを入れてみることに。
まずは、PowerShellを起動、Xamppのphp実行フォルダに移動します。
そして、https://getcomposer.org/installerからcomposerのpharアーカイブを落としてきます。
PowerShell側でそのままやってもいいんだろうけれど・・・

Use it: php composer.phar無事、C:\xampp\phpフォルダにcomposer.pharファイルが生成された。
ひとまず実行してみると
